Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, High Street at Hilton Surfers Paradise is set to become a renowned premium retail destination. This animation pushes the limits of architectural visualisation with a single uninterrupted camera move for over 4 minutes. Consisting of over 30 distinct retail outlets covering 7480 sqm, motion captured animated people and sound design, this massive production was used as a marketing tool to attract retail presence within the prestigious High Street at Hilton.

  • High Street presents a quality shopping destination for tourists and residents with over 4000 sqm of prime tenancies in the centre of Surfers Paradise offering an irresistible opportunity for quality retail brands.
  • High Street will be situated on a 7480sqm site directly beneath the Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and Residences, between Orchid Avenue and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. This dual tower development will comprise of 410 residences and 170 hotel rooms.
